Follow these steps to create a virtual directory :
Login to HELM
Click on Domains
Click on your domain name
Click on Virtual Directories
Click on Add New
Path To Virtual Directory: LEAVE BLANK
Virtual Directory Name: enter your virtual name
Physical Folder: browser to find the folder
Redirect To URL: LEAVE BLANK
Press Save
