1 : Open the Email application from the App Tray.
This will take you to the Account setup screen.
2 : Here, enter the e-mail address and associated password of the account you are creating.
3 : When you are certain youve entered the information correctly, tap Manual setup.
4 : Tap on POP3
5 : On next screen fill your incoming mail server details
UserName : your full email address
Password : your password
Server/POP3 Server : mail.yourdomainname.ext
Port : 995
Leave the other settings as it is and tap on Next
6 : On this screen fill your SMTP server details
SMTP server: mail.yourdomainname.ext
Security type : leave it as it is
Port : 25
Require sign-in : Select it and the username/password will be the same as incoming mail server.
Tap on Next. Account options appears.
7 : Tap on Next. Your account is set up appears.

Account name: Simply enter a name that will distinguish this account from others that might exist on this device.
Your name: This is the name that will appear in the From field when e-mails are sent from this device.
When you are certain all information is correct, tap Next.
Now you have successfully added a pop3 email account in your KitKat email application.
