If some files or folders that FrontPage needs in order to work are deleted you will get this error. These are the FP extensions that were pre loaded on the site.
It is very important that you do not delete any files or folders that you did not create/upload yourself as these are the ones that FP needs to work.
For reinstalling the FP Extensions, Please create a ticket on the support.
