How can I change my hosting account password ?

If you want to change your web hosting account's password and you know your current login details, you can do so from within the HELM.

Login to the HELM and click on Password. Your new password will need to satisfy the requirements of a secure password. It must contain both letters and numbers.

Next time you log into the HELM, you will need to re-enter your username and the new password.

If you have forgotten your current HELM details submit a support ticket requesting we reset your hosting access details. Be sure to include your hosted domain name in the request.
