Setting Up An E-Mail Account on iPhone [ iOS8 ]

1. Tap theSettingsicon on your iPhone/iOS device
2. Scroll down and tap on the'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'option
3. Select'Add Account'
4. Select'Other', at the bottom of the account options screen
5. Select'Add Mail Account'
6. Add in youremail account detailsand click'Next'on the top right corner of your screen
7. Select the'POP'option from the top of the screen and enter your account details as follows:
Name:Yourname
Email:Youremail address
Description:Whatever you like for this account

-- Incoming Mail Server --

Host Name: mail.yourdomain.ext(replace 'yourdomain.ext' with your actual domain name)
User Name:your complete email address
Password:thepassword

-- Outgoing Mail Server (same settings as Incoming Mail Server) --

Host Name: mail.yourdomain.ext(replace 'yourdomain.ext' with your actual domain name)
User Name:your complete email address
Password:thepassword

8*. You mayencounter apop up titled 'Cannot Connect Using SSL', tap'Yes'to confirm setup of the accountwithout SSL.
9*. You mayencounter a pop up titled 'Cannot Verify Server Identity', select'Details'to view the information, and in theupper right hand corner, select'Accept'to trust the server.
10. Your email accountshould now be setupand your emailsshould start coming in!

**If you are still having difficulties getting emails on your iOS device:

1. Go back in to your email settings
2. Tap'Advanced'
3. UnderIncoming Settings -
ChangeuseSSLto'OFF'
Change Server Port to 110

4.Tapyouremail addressat the top left of the screen togo back to the previous screen
5. UnderOutgoing Mail Server -
Tap yourmail server(mail.yourdomain.ext)
Change Server Port to 25
